SCENT PROFILE:
Soft powdery florals wrapped in a subtle smokey resin and white musk base. A light touch of incense lingers, creating an ethereal, melancholic veil*.

*October 2024 batch. Please note that this perfume only reveals its true essence on the skin, not on a paper blotter. It takes about 5-10 minutes to settle; the opening may seem rough**, but it will soften quickly. The "nutty" entrance note serves as a prelude to a tender, melancholic narrative, evoking the experience of a young bride meeting her future husband for the first time in an arranged marriage.

**The December 2024 batch presents a softer interpretation of the original formulation. While the notes remain unchanged, the once-harsh almond opening has been significantly subdued, allowing the focus to shift toward a more melancholic, powdery floral profile.
