14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

At Dark Tales | Artisan Perfumery, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@bydarktales.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.

Once we have reviewed the information, we will ensure that the damaged or incorrect item is replaced or refunded.

A refund may be issued for the damaged product upon proof of damage.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, we will refund only the cost of the products.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for uncollected packages. Any additional return shipping fees, handling fees, or costs charged to us by the carrier may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Refunds

For uncollected packages, the refund will be issued once the package is returned to us.

For approved returns under the right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed once we have received the returned goods in their original packaging.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@bydarktales.com.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened perfume bottles
• Used perfume products
• Products with broken seals or removed protective packaging
• Sample vials or discovery sets that have been opened or used
• Gift cards
• Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products
