Returns & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.

 

 

Cancellation Rules

If the payment was made by mistake, or if you change your mind about a purchase, please get in touch with us via info@bydarktales.com as soon as possible (preferably within one hour after the purchase). Orders may be processed and sealed shortly after purchase.

 

 

Safety of Payments

We guarantee that the Shopify payment system safely secures your bank details.
When paying through PayPal and Klarna, their respective security policies apply.
When registering as a member of the site and saving your card details (optional), rest assured that we do not have access to your bank card information. Only you can view that.

 

 

Fragrances/Perfume Use

All perfumes are made with high-quality essential oils, compliant with IFRA standards and cosmetic-grade ingredients. If you experience any allergic reactions, consult a physician immediately.
Do not use our fragrances while pregnant or nursing. Do not ingest our perfumes.
None of Dark Tales’ fragrances are tested on animals.
