Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, customs processing, seasonal volume, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
We reserve the right to change the original courier, such as FedEx, to another equivalent courier, such as UPS, based on destination-specific requirements, availability, or shipping conditions.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. However, if you experience delivery issues, please contact us so we can help investigate and assist where possible.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, we will refund only the cost of the products.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for uncollected packages. Any additional return shipping fees, handling fees, or costs charged to us by the carrier may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and product safety reasons, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations
If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bydarktales.com.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed, packed, sealed, or handed over to the shipping carrier.
If cancellation is no longer possible, your order may instead be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, where applicable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@bydarktales.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
Once we have reviewed the information, we will ensure that the damaged or incorrect item is replaced or refunded in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Fragrance and Perfume Use
Our perfumes are cosmetic fragrance products intended for external use only.
