Cancellation policy

Orders:
You may cancel your order anytime before it is fulfilled and shipped. Orders are often processed swiftly (sometimes, within the same day), so please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.

Pre-orders:
When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing an item that is currently out of stock or will soon become available. We require full payment at the time of purchase.
You can cancel a pre-order that has been paid for and has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. For more details, please refer to our returns policy and refund guidelines.
