As our perfumery continues to grow, we are opening a new position at our Uppsala lab.

This is an in-person, part-time/hourly-based position, with the possibility of extended hours over time as workload increases.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Processing and managing all online orders
• Providing customer support with a high level of care and professionalism
• Assisting in production (batching and packing products)

We are looking for someone who:
• Is detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable
• Has a strong sense of responsibility and organization
• Enjoys being part of a creative team
• Is polite, service-minded, and customer-focused
• Is comfortable working with computers (Mac/Apple environment) and printers

Requirements:
• Fluent English (required)
• Additional languages are a plus, but not mandatory

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a creative business and become part of the daily operations behind a niche perfumery.
