PERFUME NOTES:
Head notes: Coconut Pulp, Petitgrain Sur Fleurs, Pink Peppercorn.
Heart notes: Iris, Pink Lotus, Jasmine Sambac, Magnolia, Ylang-Ylang, Tuberose.
Base notes: Mate, Hay, Buddha Wood, Carrot Seeds.

Enveloping, mysterious, moderately spicy, richly floral, slightly tart.

CONCENTRATION:
Parfum (Extrait de Parfum / Parfum Extrait).
VOLUME:
30 ml (Discontinued: Splash flacon - 15 ml; EdP - 30 ml).
CONCENTRATION:
Eau de Parfum contains 15-20% fragrance concentration, emphasizing heart and top notes.
Wear time: 5-8 hours.
Parfum Extrait (pure perfume, also known as Parfum) is about 20-40% strength - depending on fixatives - accentuating base notes for long-lasting performance.
Wear time: up to 24 hours.

The notes of this look amazing, and the whole aura/packaging are very consistent, I thought I would love it.
The actual scent smells like nothing the notes would indicate- it is an extremely smoky/woody scent, that of logs in a bonfire. I dont get any tuberose, coconut, magnolia nor petitgrain. Burning hay is the most prominent and there is a slightly spicy/peppery accord on top.
I do think that the actual scent is interesting and I will enjoy wearing it in winter, but for me- a tuberose lover- it was a bit of a disappointment. This is not a floral perfume, unless the tuberose flowers have been charred beyong recognition.

Our fragrances at Arina Franzén | Botanical Perfumery are crafted using natural ingredients, and we understand that our interpretation of tuberose in this fragrance may be a bit of a departure from what you might expect. The use of natural tuberose absolute gives it a deep, earthy profile, which is very different from the lighter, more floral versions often found in synthetic fragrances. As natural perfumery, it is heavier by default, as it doesn’t contain the airy elements typical for synthetic scents.
We’re glad to hear that you find it intriguing and suitable for winter, as it is indeed a dark evening or fall/winter scent.
Please note that the review pertains to our discontinued EdP version, which was lighter by default. Our current Parfum version is even richer, with more emphasis on the base and heart notes.
